TMJ attended the Next Steps Career Event at Thurston Community College aimed at years 7-13. The event was attended by a mixture of local employers and training providers, both students and parents from the school were also invited to attend.
Students and parents engaged with our team and Austen, our Trainee Surveyor who was once a Bench Joiner Apprentice. Our team were asked a variety of questions surrounding apprenticeships at TMJ and the different career paths available, once an apprenticeship is completed.
