Our 2026 Health and Safety Week was a huge success, seeing everyone dedicate their focus to wellbeing, safety awareness and health across the business.
Our team had the chance to take part in a Makita Power Tool Safety Demonstration, reinforcing best practice around safe tool operation and reducing dust exposure. Thank you to Makita for visiting TMJ and making this possible.
East Anglian Air Ambulance provided important CPR Training, providing essential life-saving skills and confidence in emergency situations, while Patrick from Musgrove and Ball delivered an important talk about Addiction Awareness. We were also lucky to have a Suffolk Mind representative onsite for anyone who wanted a talk.
Alongside these important activities, our Health and Safety team held daily quizzes, challenged everyone to think of their most 'Our of the Box' PPE idea and shared important health and safety messages throughout the week.
