Understanding our own environmental impact and how we can support our clients to measure theirs is extremely important to TMJ Interiors.
Therefore, in Autumn 2024 we started our own EPD journey. Working with OneClick LCA, we began gathering evidence for our melamine-faced MDF carcass. We are delighted that our submission has now been third-party verified by the EPD Hub, officially published, transmitted to the ECO Platform and synchronised across international databases.
Our clients can now understand the full Global Warming Potential (GWP) of our melamine-faced MDF carcasses, including end-of-life impacts (excluding the use stage). The EPD has been produced in accordance with the recognised international standards EN 15804:2012+A2:2019 and ISO 14025, providing transparent, independently verified environmental data to support informed specification decisions.
