On Saturday 29th June 2018 the industry came together for the inaugural High Quality Residential Summer Ball, sponsored by Walter Lilly and was held in The Great Room at The Grosvenor House Hotel.

The event was well attended, including Project Managers, Architects, Designers, Main Contractors, Lawyers and alike.

The ball was in aid of three charities, CHAOS, The Lullaby Trust and The Lighthouse Club. An astonishing £100k was raised and the figure is still rising!
