Each of our Apprentices is paired with a skilled joiner, who will mentor and guide them throughout their time in our specialised Technology and Apprentice Training Centre.

Ryan is in his second year of a Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship. As part of his studies, he has built a float that is based on the profile of one built by his mentor Richard. (Which is now more than 30 years old!)
