TMJ celebrated World Mental Health Day, the theme for 2019 is Suicide Prevention!

Across the world, close to 800,000 people die each year due to suicide, approx. 1 person every 40 seconds.
In the UK, between 2011 – 2015, there were 13,232 ‘in work’ suicides and a staggering 1419 of those were in the Construction Industry. The highest of any profession over that period.
TMJ have 10 trained Mental Health First Aiders, who are on hand to listen and advise, we also have an Employee Assistance Program in place for all employees that offers a 24/7 Counselling and Advice line
