Recently, 29 members of our management team finished their 10-month Skill Enhancement and Employee Development Programme. Many of them were also recognised with the ILM 5 Award in Leadership and Management.

The team participated in a Search and Rescue exercise with SULSAR as part of the programme, which required a lot of teamwork. They received training on all of their equipment and procedures. They were divided into two groups, and the team’s task was to locate and assist two missing individuals.

The group left the exercise with the information and tools required if in an emergency. Everyone was rewarded with a curry and a beer at the end of the day! Thank you to SULSAR for the opportunity, it was a great day out.
