Our Leadership Programme returns for 2018 for aspiring Senior Managers.
The programme is run by an external ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accredited training organisation- West Suffolk College, which has a Management and Leadership development arm.
The eight successful candidates had to apply by completing an application form, supplying a personal statement and be interviewed by a panel of three, consisting of Andy Catchpole – Chairman at TMJ, Linda Dennison – Course Director from West Suffolk College and Kevin Hudson – Commercial and Design Director from TMJ.
TMJ are fully committed to the company’s future and succession planning is key, the Leadership Programme will enable those aspiring candidates to become the future Senior Management Team.
We are delighted to announce the eight successful candidates who have been selected for the 2018 programme are Charlotte O’Brien, Karl Brown, Dan Baxter, Dave Clarke, Josh Hudson, Laura Quick, Ed Taylor and Adam Prime.
