As part of the final assessment for the TMJ Leadership Programme 2017, the team of 12 were broken into three teams to research TMJ and present ideas of continuous improvement to the Board.
Each team conducted extensive research and presented three very different, yet persuasive presentations surrounding what we could potentially be doing differently to enhance the future at TMJ. The Board were blown away regarding the level of the presentations and the ideas put forward; many of which will be implemented into the business over the next six months.
The Leadership Programme has been such a success that we will be rolling out a 2018 programme for more prospective leaders of the future. As a company we have a strong ethos surrounding succession planning and building the future, growing our own talent pool.
