TMJ have introduced a Leadership Programme for aspiring Senior Managers and is something we plan to roll out annually.

The programme will be run by an external ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accredited training organisation, West Suffolk College, which has a Management and  Leadership development arm.

Twenty two candidates applied, completing an application form, supplying a personal statement and interviewed by a panel of four, consisting of Andy Catchpole – Chairman at TMJ, Christopher Johnson – CEO and Founding Director of Meritas International & Consulting Limited, Linda Dennison – Course Director from West Suffolk College and Cheryl Hardacre – Training & Development Administrator from TMJ.

TMJ are fully committed to the company’s future and succession planning is key, the Leadership Programme will enable those aspiring candidates to become the future Senior Management Team.
We are delighted to announce the 12 successful candidates who have been selected for the 2017 Programme are: Brett Bayliss, Steve Brown, Jed Chaplin, Tim Coll, Andrew Fletcher, Aaron Frost, Teresa Gorham, Mark Hazell, Jack MacDonald, Gavin Palmer, Lewis Phillips and Austen Virr.
