TMJ are celebrating International Woman’s Day!

International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. TMJ currently have 24 women working for us, which equates to 16% of our team. Woman are expected to make up a quarter (26%) of the UK’s construction workforce by 2020, as employers are working hard to close the gap; with more woman filling more senior construction roles!
