Dan Baxter has completed his 3rd and final year at Buildings Craft College Stratford, studying Bench Joinery. Dan’s completed joinery items were showcased at the End of Year College Show, the joinery items demonstrate Dan’s attention to detail and intuitive flair. Over the 3 years at college Dan has won a number of awards for his joinery pieces and most recently Dan has completed TMJ’s 2019 Leadership Programme. Training and passing on skill is key to TMJ’s success, our apprentices have proven to be the foundation of our evolving Management Team and an essential part of our growth strategy; forming our “Grow Your Own” policy.
