This March, Suffolk Mind has chosen ‘Status’ as their theme for the month.

‘It feels great when we are valued by the people around us, but meeting the need for status and respect is about more than lifting our mood’

Here at TMJ we encourage the team to treat their peers with value and respect in order to ensure they are reminded of their own worth. When we are treated with genuine respect, we learn something important about ourselves and how we fit into the world around us.

As one of our chosen charities for 2019, we hope that the team fully embrace the Status theme. We will be encouraging all to make sure we acknowledge the things people do to help us, and that these things are never taken for granted.

Taking the time to say thank you is fundamental to create a nurturing work environment and strong team relationships.
