Training and passing on skill is significant to our success. To enhance our training capabilities further we have recently signed up to Mace’s Business School, which was initially established in 2006. This is the first of its kind in the industry and Mace have a team of dedicated experts that develop and deliver interactive and engaging, bespoke training courses for their supply chain partners.

TMJ actively encourage all employees to partake in all training schemes offered, including Mace Business School comprehensive training courses and programmes, degree courses, NVQ certifications and site based training.

Mace Business School training courses are open to all employees at any level; to date 28 TMJ employees have attended in excess of 50 focused and interactive courses, the topics include Building information Modelling (BIM), commercial Management, Construction, Health and Safety and Quality and Management Control.
