We attended Stowmarket High School’s annual Design Exhibition this week, where many talented craftsmen and women showcased their excellent woodworking skills with a variety of pieces on display.

We were invited to judge the competition and select two winners from each category; Upper Sixth Form, Lower Sixth Form and GSCE. Amongst the winners were coffee tables, a dressing table, a hammock and even a wooden skateboard!

It is great to see so much potential and talent in young individuals and their joinery skills, and we hope that many children are encouraged to become the future generation of leaders and craftsmen and women in the construction industry.
