Sarah Warren will become Pre-Contracts Director, responsible for the Business Development and Estimating departments. She will work closely with both departments ensuring our market presence is strong, giving the best opportunity to secure projects. Joining the TMJ team in 2009 and the Board of Directors in 2017, Sarah has brought a fresh perspective and new ideas, something that will continue to be key as we tender work in a competitive market.
