Manufacturing Facility

Custom built 75k sq. ft. bespoke manufacturing facility installed with state of the art equipment, with a team in excess of 80 skilled craftsmen.

Technology and Apprentice Training Centre

New for 2020, our £1.5m investment into this 14k sq ft bespoke centre enhanced our manufacturing capabilities, enabling us to be more efficient and streamlined. The Apprentice Training Centre boasts a dedicated space for our Joinery Apprentices to learn and perfect their joinery skill set.

CNC Department

We have three 5 axis CNC Machines all equipped with Woodwop and Magi Cut software linked to both our Scheduling and Design Departments. Our premium machines enable us to manufacture complex 3D and curved drum work meaning we welcome a bespoke challenge.

Veneer Department

Our in house veneer facility has a team of 7 knowledgeable and experienced craftsmen who have key relationships with several of the largest veneer suppliers in the UK and Europe. Our team excel at their handcraft and are able to take on full veneer management packages.

Finishing Department

In excess of 8.5k sq ft, our Finishing Department has four modified, environmentally controlled, spray booths in addition to two tailored drying rooms. We have experience working with water based, low VOC lacquers and paint technology, in addition to a variety of specialist finishes including liquid metal.
