Training and development is at the heart of TMJ. The GA Training Centre is at the epicentre of this, providing a dedicated space for both our team and customers. We are big advocates of reinvesting into all employees, our custom built training facility is an adaptable and collaborative space for our team to learn and develop in.
Our apprentices have proven to be the foundation of our evolving management team and an essential part of our growth strategy, we strive to employ a minimum of 5 apprentices every year, encouraging our ‘grow your own’ policy and personal development.
