Last week, the nations 16 year olds received their GCSE results which is of course an incredibly nerve-wracking time. Not only due to the exam results but the pressure and confusion as to whether to continue with further education or to progress into the workplace. We jumped on board the recent social media campaign #NoWrongPath to show young adults, our employees path’s and that there is no wrong path.
James Taylor – MD
Left school at 16, went onto do an apprenticeship which led him to start TMJ Interiors! James is now Managing Director running a successful and growing company.
Hannah Soanes – PA to the Directors
Completed A-Levels, worked her way up the ladder to become store management at an international fashion retailer and is now completing her masters degree in Human Resources.
Adam Prime – Joiner
Didn’t achieve the strongest set of GCSE results, left school to do an apprenticeship at TMJ and is now a successful joiner whilst completing various qualifications and training new apprentices.
Laura Warren – Estimator
