This week we have been celebrating National Apprenticeship Week! Each day we have supported different areas of all things ‘Apprenticeships’!We have celebrated our current apprentices and trainees, our mentors who are instrumental to our Apprentices success, our past and present apprentices from over the years at TMJ, we attended a careers fair at Thurston Community College and celebrated the success of Tim Coll from starting TMJ as a ‘Temporary Frame Assembler’ to Projects Director, on the TMJ Board of Directors.

Apprenticeships are a great way of starting a career and our apprentices have been proven to be the foundation of our evolving Management Team! We look forward to seeing where our current Apprentices futures will take them!
