On Tuesday 14th May, our GA Training Centre hosted a celebration event for our 2019 Leadership Programme.

Last April, 8 individuals across a variety of departments at TMJ were selected to take part in our Leadership Programme, a training scheme conducted by West Suffolk College to develop their Leadership and Management skills. The training programme involved a variety of different learning and development opportunities, including lessons from guest speakers on a variety of topics, challenging assignments and group projects, accumulating to a final presentation in front of our Board of Directors. Having all completed the course successfully, Laura, Josh, Ed, Karl, Sam, Dan, Adam and Charlotte all received their ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.

The group were presented with their certificates and a bottle of bubbly by Managing Director James Taylor, followed by a celebratory lunch joined by the Board of Directors and their West Suffolk College training team.
