This week a group of the TMJ Team attended the Inspiring and Coaching Your Apprentice course in our G A Training Centre. The one day course aided the team to identify strategies for inspiring and improving the coaching of all persons involved when taking on apprentices.

Topics covered included Expectations and Motivations and Communication. As a big advocate of apprenticeships we believe this course and the transferable skills gained have been an invaluable asset to the team.
