This week we celebrated our 37th Birthday and have been looking back through the years at how far we’ve come!

Our team has grown from James and a couple of labourers (who are still at TMJ) to over 170 strong. In addition, our percentage of female team members has gone from 0% to over 16% including a Board member.  We are no longer based out of a boatshed, but 60k sq ft custom built facility with office, manufacture and warehouse capabilities, in addition to our satellite office in London.

Over the years we have reinvested over £15m in our workshop and machinery and over £2m on training and development. Our biggest project win to date has been worth in excess of £12.3m and we now work on some of the most prestigious projects in the UK.

With our turnover for 2018 due to be a record year, we are very proud of our journey. Here’s to the next 37 years!
