We have over 1800 years of combined experience and our highly qualified team is comprised of a diverse range of talents. Over the past 40 years our team have gone from strength to strength and are the foundation of our success. Training, development, and skill transfer are at the heart of TMJ and are critical to our success. Our “grow our own” ethos has evolved over the past 40 years and we have provided over 71,000 hours of training and offered in excess of 100 apprenticeships since we started trading in 1981.

We have become synonymous with quality and delivery due to advanced design and manufacturing technology combined with a highly skilled and dedicated team. We are proud of our reinvestment into our bespoke, 75k sq ft manufacturing facility has been key and a true testament to the business throughout its 40 year history. We are incredibly proud of our project portfolio, from groundbreaking commercial projects, to high end residencies and once-in-a-lifetime projects, no challenge is too great. Over the last 40 years, we have successfully delivered over 7,000 projects and look forward to working on many more.
