The new 8,160sq ft Spray Shop, Finishing and Despatch Department is now complete and in use. The paint shop storage unit offers a safe place for all our paint and spray substances. Further development in this area includes a mezzanine floor in the preparation providing additional space to carry out burnishing; a process that requires a high level of skill and attention. With the spray shop expanding to 4 bays and 2 drying rooms, it doubles our spraying capacity. In addition, we have recently employed two new Spray Shop Operatives, making a team of 8 in this department.

The new despatch area has racking and integrated scales ensuring adequate loads for our fleet of lorries. The purpose of the extension is to increase capacity and flow within our workshop, stream lining the whole process. TMJ’s HQ is now spread over 60,000 sq ft and growing!
