We have a custom built 75k sq. ft. bespoke manufacturing facility installed with state of the art equipment with a team in excess of 80 skilled craftsmen. We are committed to continuously investing in our equipment and our people.

Investing in the future

Technology and Apprentice Training Centre

Our £1.5m investment into this 14k sq ft bespoke centre enhanced our manufacturing capabilities, enabling us to be more efficient and streamlined. The Apprentice Training Centre boasts a dedicated space for our Joinery Apprentices to learn and perfect their joinery skill set.

We currently have 14 apprentices developing their skills within our in-house training centre, supported by our dedicated Apprenticeship Lecturer. We remain committed to investing in new initiatives, training opportunities and resources to support their ongoing development.

State-of-the-art Equipment

CNC Department

We have four advanced 5-axis CNC machines, all equipped with WoodWOP and Mastercam software and fully integrated with our Scheduling and Design Departments. Through continuous investment in the latest manufacturing technology, we ensure our machinery remains at the forefront of the industry.

Our state-of-the-art equipment enables us to manufacture complex 3D components, curved drum work and highly bespoke joinery, allowing us to tackle even the most challenging design concepts with precision and efficiency.

Traditional craftsmanship

Veneer Department

Our in-house veneer facility is home to a team of knowledgeable and experienced craftsmen who have built strong relationships with some of the largest veneer suppliers across the UK and Europe.

Combining traditional craftsmanship with technical expertise, our team excel in their handcraft and are able to deliver comprehensive veneer management packages, from veneer sourcing and selection through to matching, lay-up and final production.

Meticulous attention to detail

Finishing Department

In excess of 8.5 sq. ft., our Finishing Department features four purpose-built, environmentally controlled spray booths alongside two dedicated drying rooms. Our skilled finishing team has extensive experience working with water-based and low-VOC coatings, as well as a wide range of specialist finishes, including liquid metal.
