Our Programme

Everything you need to reach your potential

We invest in people at every stage of their career. Our apprenticeship programme provides a strong foundation for the next generation of talent, while ongoing training and development opportunities help employees build new skills, gain experience, progress into specialist roles and reach their full potential across TMJ Interiors.

  • Structured Learning

    Our apprenticeships span two to four years, combining hands-on workshop hours with a day release at college, guided by our Apprenticeship Lecturer from day one.

  • Real Projects

    Throughout any apprenticeship and training, you will work on live jobs alongside our experienced team – making your mark on some of the UK’s prestigious projects.

  • Earn While You Learn

    You earn a competitive wage while you learn, gain valuable workplace experience and build your financial independence.

  • Career Pathway

    You will have the opportunity to grow within TMJ Interiors; our Apprentices have proven to be the foundation of our ever-evolving Management Team.

  • GA Training Centre

    The GA Training Centre is our custom-built training facility is an adaptable and collaborative space for our team to learn and develop in.

    Year 1

    Foundation

    Build the foundations of your career. Learn core joinery skills, develop safe working practices, start your college studies and begin your journey with TMJ.

  • 02

    Year 2

    Development

    Take your skills to the next level through bespoke projects, competitions and real client work. Explore different departments across TMJ while completing your Level 2 qualification.

  • 03

    Year 3

    Progression

    Build your independence, take ownership of more complex projects and, if you choose, begin working towards your Level 3 qualification.

  • 04

    Year 4

    Your Future

    Complete your Level 3 qualification, discover where your strengths lie and choose the career path that suits you best within TMJ.
