Our apprentices have proven to be the foundation of our evolving Management Team and an essential part of our growth strategy; forming our “Grow Your Own” policy.We actively attend events at local schools and colleges to educate students on the value of apprenticeships, especially here at TMJ!  Dan Baxter who started his career at TMJ as an apprentice in the workshop, is now training to be a Project Manager and has progressed through TMJ gaining experience in all departments. Here, Dan attended an apprenticeship seminar at Stowmarket High School, the high school Dan attended. Dan discussed with the students the benefits of taking an apprenticeship, sharing his own experiences and achievements.
