Andy King one of TMJ’s Senior Project Managers’ has committed to Sir Robert McAlpine’s Safety Leadership Team. The idea of this team is to ensure the safety of all operatives on site, as SRM are committed to the highest standards of safety on and off site.                 

The safety leadership team is made up of 12 operatives on site from various trades including joinery, fixing, M&E and AV. Each site that SRM are involved on arrange a new safety leadership team to reduce to the number of accidents and near misses on site. The team attend meetings to enhance the safety on site and have monthly walk rounds to try a minimise any risks.
