The team did fantastic! TMJ completed 12,368,364.58 steps, 959.138 km of running, 3,383.84 km of cycling, 23,150 km of swimming, and 355.8 hours at the gym. Bootcamp, pilates, bike rides, lunchtime walks, Thirsty Thursdays, and Fruit Fridays were all part of our routine. Working as a team to enhance our physical and mental health has been wonderful!
