TMJ Celebrates ILM Success
Training and passing on skill is key to TMJ’s success and we commend our dedicated and loyal team for this. TMJ actively encourage all employees to partake in training schemes including degree courses, NVQ certifications, ILM Certificates and site based training.
The ILM Annual Awards Ceremony was held at The SVC Centre in Colchester on Friday 16th September. The ceremony also marked their 1 year anniversary for being at their new premises.
There are 9 award categories, SVC nominate one student per category. Danny Bayford, one of our Site managers has recently successfully completed the ILM Level 3 Certificate; was nominated by SVC for the Award for ‘Most Consistently Positive Learner’.
