Tim Coll has been appointed as Managing Director supported by our founder, James Taylor, who has transitioned to Chairman.

After a brief career in civil engineering, Tim joined our apprenticeship program and quickly began to progress through the business, gaining invaluable experience across various departments. In 2020, Tim’s dedication and expertise earned him a spot on the Board of Directors, and now in 2025 he takes on the role of Managing Director.

Tim is deeply committed to nurturing homegrown talent and providing our teams with the resources and support they need to consistently deliver exceptional results to our customers. We are excited to see where his leadership will take us!
