We were lucky enough to be invited by Overbury to inspire the next generation of woman in construction. Our Project Manager, Charlotte O’Brien, presented to a girls’ school in Birmingham about all things TMJ and her journey into the construction industry.

The students got hands-on completing various activities, giving them the opportunity to learn invaluable joinery skills. As a result of this experience, we hope many of the students are now considering a career in construction… watch this space! 👷🚧
