The 23-storey skyscraper accommodates the London Headquarters of Aviva. It is one of only four high-rise buildings in London using a top-down engineering design where the lower office floors are suspended from above rather than supported from below. The project involved extending the floor space of the ground and mezzanine levels to align with the upper floors, as well as replacing the cladding and glazing.
John Kemp - Senior Project Manager
TMJ’s Project Management was particularly pro-active, along with their design team.
