Business Development Administrator

We are looking for a confident individual, with an eye for detail. Our ideal candidate will be keen to learn, with the ability to remain calm. The Business Development team are based in the central hub of the office meaning there is a lot going on. We need someone that can use their own initiative and work independently as well as part of the busy team.

You will need to be an effective communicator, able to multitask and have a drive to succeed. Experience using programmes such as InDesign, Canva and photoshop is desirable but not essential, as full training is available. The successful candidate will have a vast range of duties, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the team as and when required.
  • Coordinating and developing all presentations ensuring the TMJ branding is adhered to at all times.
  • Collation of marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, CV’s and press releases.
  • Responsibility for digital marketing including social media and website.
