Administrative Assistant – Business Development

Full Time 39 Hour Week or Part Time Flexibility

Salary – £25k dependent on experience

A leader within the UK construction market offering bespoke joinery solutions for Commercial, Residential and Specialist projects.

We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to support our Business Development Team who is a proactive, confident individual with a keen eye for detail.

Working in an environment where discretion is key, you will be based in a fast-paced office with the Business Development and Training and Development teams, alongside the Managing Director. The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with both Board members and Senior Managers is key.

Whilst teamwork is imperative, so is the ability to work independently completing varying tasks in a concise and methodical manner. Experience using programs such as Canva, Outlook, Instagram and Microsoft Office are desirable, however full training will be given.

The position is predominantly Monday to Friday, however there is an element of flexibility to cover some overtime as and when needed. The role will be based at our Head Office in Bildeston. 

The successful candidate will have a vast range of duties which include but are not limited to:

  • Ownership of our social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
  • Event coordination
  • Administrative support to the team
  • Collation of presentations, newsletters, and marketing materials
