Scope of Works
Door sets, business lounge servery, coat/ storage cupboards, WC’s, juice bar islands, tea points, copy rooms, credenzas, AV walls, benches, vanity units, post room units, multi-function suite units, acoustic fabric wall and ceiling panelling, glass columns, stainless steel doors, core wall panelling, concierge desk, slatted ceiling and barrisol ceiling.
Previously all 470 employees were based over 5 levels, however this relocation to Level 1 at 80-100 Victoria Street provided Land Securities with the opportunity to create a new work pace strategy which incorporated open areas for collaboration and communication off the whole team. Exposed ceiling services, neutral tones with lots of light that has created a exciting space to promote activity-based working, with common support functions including a central collaboration hub.The development also includes several high finish client suites.
The building has awarded both Property of the Year at the Props Awards & highest scoring BREEAM for Outstanding fit-out in the UK as a result of the remarkable strength of works carried out.
